Orders and Prices

All prices are shown in AUD dollars and are subject to GST and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges, where applicable,, will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and before the order is placed during the payment process. All prices may be subject to change without notice.

The description and price of goods will be shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to the despatch of your order, Hello Chelsart will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

Ownership and Copyright

Once an artwork is in your possession, you may not publish, resell, claim as your own or submit any image of an artwork for publication or reproduction to any third party, including the internet, for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist Chelsea Baker. Images of sold artwork may still be used by Hello Chelsart for any future use, including but not limited to advertising, prints, patterns, books and other publications, social media and other web-based use.

 

Payment Security
